Disney Dream staterooms were designed with style, comfort and a dash of Disney magic. Immaculately appointed, staterooms feature a contemporary, Art Deco-inspired design and provide a welcoming environment. Eighty-eight percent of the 1,250 staterooms on the Disney Dream are outside rooms, and of those, 90 percent have a private verandah. To accommodate larger families and groups traveling together, there are 500 connecting doors adjoining staterooms. For groups wishing to sail in ultimate luxury, the Disney Dream provides adjacent, concierge-level accommodation for up to 25 guests with four suites and two staterooms – all joined by connecting doors.

 — Just Back
The ship is AMAZING! The cost is, too ,though... as much as I enjoyed everything, it's a lot less expensive to cruise other lines. I think we will do it again, but not every year.
My favorite area is the coffee bar.
 — OMIGOSH!
I have been on only one cruise in my life, and it was on the Disney Dream. And now all I want to do is cruise Disney! The cruise has everything--great food, character meet and greets, fantastic shows, and MAGIC! I am saving and planning for my next one.
 — Just returned! Can't wait to take another one!!! I've been on lots of cruise ships (before family life) and, even without kids in the equation, I like Disney the best. BEST shows! Love the pools and the restaurants. Five stars for me, and I'm not that easy to impress. — Best ship I've been on!
I admit I wasn't eager to go on a Disney cruise...did it mainly for the kids. I've been on several other cruise lines, though, and the Dream blew me away. Did the 3 night with several days at Disney World last time. Next time, I'm going to spend as many days as we can on the ship!
 — My favorite ship
I know, I know...the Fantasy and the Dream are sister ships and are, therefore, identical so why I like the Dream just a tad more is a mystery. But, it's true. Maybe because it was the first of its kind. Maybe it's the pride of "ownership" the castmembers seem to have on this ship. Maybe it's th itineraries. I'm not sure. I just know, it makes me happy to cruise on the Disney Dream :D And the new technologies on the ship are AMAZING!
 — The Disney Dream ShipThis ship is absolutely wonderful! It is HUGE and you will find that to be the biggest difference from the other two Disney Cruise Line ships. The staterooms, restaurants, common areas, service, everything is top notch. I especially love the feel of the deck areas. If you walk along deck 4, where there are lounging chairs, it really has the feel, more than any other area, of the glorious ships of the 20's. I can imagine Walt Disney strolling the deck.
If I were to find any little flaw it would be the hairdryers on the Disney Dream are not very good. If you want to dry your hair quick, you will want to bring your own. The clocks in the staterooms, another little pick, were a little hard to figure out.
Disney Cruise Line has scored with me, with this ship.
