Disney's cruise on 4/14/2016 by tonya
First time cruiser... and can I ever sail on another cruise line without Captain Mickey? Let me tell you no! The ship is beautiful, the private island is heaven, the food was yummy, the shows were stunning... The state rooms breath taking. Seeing the Disney characters just topped off perfect!

Disney Fantasy on 8/24/2013 by Tracee
What could be better than combining the magic of Disney with a cruise? The Fantasy is the most awesome floating vacation! The food is incredible. You can eat from sunrise to sunset. The buffets are huge and bountiful. I found it very hard to decide when to eat lunch in order to be hungry enough for dinner.
I can't say enough about Castaway Cay. It is the perfect way to spend the day. I have adult children, so we spent our time at the adult beach. It was so peaceful. The BBQ lunch that was provided was very good. The shops along the walkways are really nice. They have some nice souvenirs, too.

The Fantastic Fantasy! on 8/23/2013 by dizneydonna
I could go on and on and on about how gorgeous and wonderful the Disney Fantasy is. Of all the ships I've ever been on, this one is hands-down, the most beautiful, elegant one of all. If you don't equate Disney with elegance....boy do you have a surprise coming with this ship. She's amazing! And as far as cruising with Disney goes, in general, you'll never experience customer service like Disney delivers. Also the ship is always spotless and the shows are Broadway caliber. The food is also fantastic with lots of options served in beautifuly-themed restaurants. I love the rotation dining....being able to experience a different restaurant each night with your servers always follwoing you, makes for a very personable experience with the wait staff. At the end of the cruise, you'll feel like your servers are old friends. I truly cannot highly recommend cruising the Disney

WOW! on 5/13/2012 by Jodi
As a beginning cruiser, I really didn't want to set my expectations too high. But gosh, when you combine Disney and cruising, I knew t had to be great! Upon first spotting the ship on the horizon as we made our way via the Disney Cruise Line bus to Cape Canaveral, I was in awe. Then when I stepped onto the ship and began to take in the pure granduer of it, I knew I was indeed in love. 'Wow' is truly the best word I can think of to describe it. From the grandness of the main entry way to the magical touches that are absolutely things only Disney would even think of, there is magic around every corner of this magnificent ship. I honestly cannot think of anything that could make it better. The clubs are all so unique and detailed, the theatres make you feel like you've stepped back into a bygone era, the food is amazing, and the pool and aqua duck are a blast. Then add the ice cream th

Another beautiful ship! on 3/30/2012 by Ser Alan
We just got off the brand new Disney Fantasy and it is a truly beautiful ship! Having been on about 20 cruise ships over the past 10 years, I can say with certainty that the Disney Fantasy is one of the best that I've ever seen. We got one of the veranda suites which sleeps 5 and found that it is really comfortable and nicely laid out with an excellent use of the space available. The shower is wonderfully spacious and it even has a very small tub -- both of which are unusual for a small room like this. Top this off with a nice desk and a tv mounted on an extendable arm so you can watch it from anywhere in the room. The beds are nice and firm with lots of room underneath to store your luggage.
Food on the ship is excellent: Disney Cruise food has really come a long way since the Magic and Wonder were first launched and I can now say that the food on the Fantasy is generally top notch!
As always with Disney, the common areas ar

Disney Cruise Line Fantasy in NYC on 3/1/2012 by Franniepoppins
The very beautiful Disney Cruise Line Fantasy has completed crossing the Atlantic Ocean. She made a stop in New York City, to the delight of everyone who has had the opportunity to see her. The beauty of this ship against the New York City skyline is just breathtaking. Thank you to a friend of Our Laughing Place Travel, who gave me permission to use this photo, I can get even more excited about boarding The Disney Fantasy on March 23 to experience the exquisite feel of a Disney cruise on a brand new ship.Read reviews by Franniepoppins

Designed to reflect the glamour of the golden age of cruising during the 1930s, the Disney Fantasy is seen as a thematic extension of the Disney Cruise Line fleet. Scheduled for completion in 2012, the new ocean liner will feature the same attention to detail Disney is known for, while introducing new and immersive, one-of-a-kind venues and experiences for everyone in the family.
To step aboard the Disney Fantasy is to be instantly transported to an age of adventure and wonder, where elegance and sophistication mingle with Disney storytelling and whimsy. Inside is an attention to detail one would only expect from Disney. Lavish decorative murals coexist with sparkling fixtures and furnishings. Original paintings, statues and woodwork envelop Guests in a radiant Art Nouveau ambiance that is both rich and distinctive. And delightfully themed venues—including youth clubs, restaurants, nightclubs and theatre spaces—take Guests of all ages to faraway places where memory and magic come together.
